General Policy

  • Return Policy: Returns accepted within 30 says of purchase. items must be unused and in original packaging. Personalized or used items are non-refundable.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after returned items are inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Shipping Policy: Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Domestic and international shipping available. Customers are responsible for any custom or import fees. 

  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges allowed for defective or damaged items only, within 30 days of purchase. 

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours or purchase. After this, cancellations are not guaranteed. 

  • Custom Orders Policy: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
